z567 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Use of the z567 Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between z567 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("the Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the z567 online gaming platform available at z567.org ("the Platform").

By completing registration on the z567 Platform, accessing your z567 account, or using any service offered through z567.org, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. z567 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly and efficiently for all Pakistani players. The following conditions govern the withdrawal of funds from your z567 account:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

• Loss Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits. When a loss limit is reached, no further wagering is permitted until the limit period resets.

• Interruption of service, technical malfunctions, or downtime of the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your z567 account data.
• Statements or conduct of any third party on or in connection with the Platform.

z567's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your z567 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude z567's liability for death or personal injury caused by z567's negligence, or for any matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
